Featuring a Kingpinless hot forged ASTM1045 steel design that increases caster durability and integrity, the series 92 eliminates problems associated with kingpin failure due to severe shock loading.
In addition, the Kingpinless design features ½ diameter HRC45 steel ball bearings which absorb thrust and load in severe environments. Lastly, Service Caster's Series #92 top plate casters are finely crafted with zinc plating, grease fittings, and 4 position notches to accept 4-position locks. Even drywall carts, welding carts, and wall panel carts will be ready to roll on the Series 92, keeping you moving forward.

The Kingpinless Series 92 polyurethane casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights- 6" wheel (8" mounting height), 8" wheel (10-1/2" mounting height), 10" wheel (12-1/2" mounting height) and 12" wheel (15-1/2" mounting height) and are made of a non-marking, non-marring red polyurethane tread on a silver metal core which performs especially well on hard surfaces such as concrete, tile, and wood and stands up to heavier loads with a stable and secure roll. Weight capacity ranges from 2000 lbs on the 6" caster, 2500 lbs on the 8", 3000 lbs on the 10 and 3500 lbs. Top plate measures at 5-1/4" x 7-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" to 4-1/8" x 6-1/8" and can either be bolted or welded on.
Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle.
