PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. If you need both left and right-side motors rebuilt, then you must select two (2) items.

It is recommended that you have both sides rebuilt at the same time because if one motor has failed, the other is not far behind. Anyone who knows auto parts knows that as our cars age the quality of replacement parts declines especially after ten years. OEM parts are the best quality you will ever find therefore a properly re-manufactured OEM headlight motor is the best solution to solve your headlight motor problems.

Send in your core motor(s) to be rebuilt/remanufactured. This option does not require a core charge.

OPTION #2 REFUNDABLE CORE CHARGE DEPOSIT Temporarily unavailable. The core charge is fully refundable if you return your rebuildable core motor after replacing it with the reman motor. The core charge is the only way to assure a constant supply of rebuildable motors for our friends in the Corvette community and also keeps them out of our landfills. We do now have a listing with the core charge already included in the price. All headlight motors are completely disassembled, cleaned, and fully rebuilt to OEM specifications.

The housing components are bead blasted and repainted with two coats of semi-gloss black paint when necessary. The nylon plastic gear is replaced with a CNC machined, hard anodized aluminum gear that will NEVER fail like the original plastic gear.
