Here is a brand new, unused CORE 6 person instant cabin tent with awning, rainfly and carry case. It is 11' x 9'. The big feature to this tent is the quick setup. I've seen videos with 2 people setting this up in less than a minute.

That didn't include attaching the rainfly or staking it. The reason it is so fast is that the poles are already attached to the tent.

They simply need to be extended. It weighs about 20 lbs, so it isn't that heavy compared to similar size tents. This tent is on the taller side as well. With a center height of 72'', most people won't bump their heads when they stand up.

Personally I like Core tent's when I know I'm going to be camping in the rain. The seals on the tent don't leak! I was an avid camper in the Boy Scouts and beyond. I open up the boxes to make sure everything is there and accounted for and in new condition. For this Core Model 40059 6-person tent, everything is there and unused.

The outer box has minor damage but I'll repair it and include it. It also has an inner box as well. As I mentioned, nothing on the tent or on any of the other contents is damaged or missing.
